Error Installing AIR 1.5.3 app on Vista Business

Unable to install an AIR 1.5.3 app on a Vista Business, cribs about the file being corrupt/damaged.

The same installer appears to install without any errors on Windows XP SP1 & SP2, Windows 7.

      Any Ideas...

      Many Thanks
