Cairngorm license discrepancy, MIT or BSD

    dave.mc

I was wondering if anyone can tell me why the website for Cairngorm says it's licensed under MIT but when you download it there is a file that says it's licensed under BSD?

The website license is here and says MIT: http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/cairngorm/License

But, the distro contains a BSD license:

      BSD License

The BSD License (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php) specifies the terms and conditions of use for Cairngorm:

Copyright (c) 2006. Adobe Systems Incorporated.
