While running Windows XP x64 on a Dell Precision 870 was
unable to complete the load of Adobe Technical Communication Suite.
Acrobat 8, Framemaker 8, and Captivate 3 all loaded and accepted
the serial number to activate. Robohelp 7 rejects the serial
number. (Red X next to the entry) Robosource 3.1 works without the
serial number entry. Adobe customer service was unable to assist
other than confirming the validity of the serial number.
No previous trial loads. No previous Acrobat loads.
UnInstall > WinCSClean > Install did not work.
Adobe support claims Robohelp is not supported for x64??
Anyone ever run across this?
