To set a zoompercentage:

In Ai i can set any position:

There is no CenterPoint in InDesign's model. Check in the OMV under layoutWindow if there's anything of use to you. Maybe bounds? This is a four-element array that sets the size and position of a window.
layoutWindow.bounds is no help here -- it describes the position of the window in screen space, not in document space. That one seems to have escaped Adobe's attention! I could find a number of uses for a window.visibleBounds in document units ...
