I think this issue is only relevant to flash 10 API.
I am trying to run this example (the 2nd) :
this is the same kind of thing I need in my application, since it enables loading of raw sound data at runtime.
(I will just replace loading of the bytes array, and use remotely retrieved data instead of local files system)
the problem is that the played back sound is distorted beyond recognition - I assume it's some kind of codecs issues,
but i'm not sure. This repeats with different sampling rates, both in mp3 and wav sounds.
