When I try to rename it, I get this error...
Sounds like your disk directory is corrupt. Do you have a utility available that fixes such damage?
Windows provides the CHKDSK utility; run it from a Command Prompt
chkdsk C: /f
where C: above is the disk/partition where your documents reside. If it is the Windows partition, then CHKDSK will run after rebooting Windows.
