Two places where you MIGHT get help (but, based on the number of problems like yours... you likely won't get much help)
Have you tried using a different browser ?
I like the idea of a different browser, but you might also want to review your security settings: browser, OS and any pop-up blocking/AV software. Those all can affect one's ability to do a download.
Since you are on the Adobe site, you can turn OFF, or at least down, those security settings. Just don't forget to turn them back ON, or up, when done.
Also, when installing, turn OFF all AV, pop-up blocking and spysweeping software. Install from a full Administrator account.
