Motion guides, scrubbers, and frame control

      Greetings All,

I am developing training material for pilots. A lot of gauges and annunciations change as the aircraft hits certain mildstones in the movie. Quiet often the pilots miss the changes and have to watch the entire movie over and over. I want to use the aircraft as a scrubber so they can scrub back and forth (while it's on the motion guide) to watch the annunciations change.

I've tried a number of ideas but none have worked. I haven't gotten to the code part because when I use startdrag(), I lose the motion guide.

      Any ideas?

          Hello there,

I don't think there is a way to use the aircraft to scrub along a motion guide?

Have you thought about using a slider? You can set up a slider to track the frames that the aircraft animation travels along. The slider position should update accordingly and when it needs to be scrubbed the animation can be played backwards or fowards depending.
