John Joslin Dec 28, 2009 5:29 AM (in response to Soula-55)Quite often theose menu items are greyed out for an indeterminate period until Photoshop has established a connection with the internet.
You don't mention your OS, but it may help to run Bridge as Administrator (with a right-click) to get it working.
Also reset Bridge preferences by holding down Ctrl as you start it until you get a reset dialog, where you confirm all three.

Soula-55 Dec 28, 2009 9:14 AM (in response to John Joslin)Thanks guys for your input.
John, you nailed it!!!
Starting Bridge as admin launches Bridge, no problem. Reseting Bridge`s preferences solved the problem, now it runs very well.
Regarding Photoshop, to follow what you say, what I did is, click on "Photoshop Online" to establish internet connection. After that the 3 commands are not greyed out any more. All my other Adobe software never display the 3 commands greyed out, only the Photoshop does that. (By the way, in the Services, the FLEXnet Licencing Service is set to automatic) Clearly some link is broken somewhere, I wonder if there is a way to find out where.....
PS my OS is WinXP
