Dov Isaacs Dec 29, 2009 8:47 AM (in response to Hisham Attia)Deactivate any software that allows for such, especially the Adobe applications, prior to all these "clean installation" operations you plan.
Good luck!

Hisham Attia Dec 29, 2009 9:28 PM (in response to Dov Isaacs)Thanks Dov.
I believe I need only to de-activate one SW, which will de-activate my whole CS4 Web premium. Right?
The option of erasing the serial number is not really relevant here, as I am re-installing the SW back on the same computer, right?
Thanks for the help.

3. Re: Clean Install preparation
Dov Isaacs Dec 29, 2009 9:56 PM (in response to Hisham Attia)One deactivation operation does in fact deactivate all components of the same version of the Creative Suite. Thus, deactivating Photoshop CS4 installed as part of CS4 Web Premium will deactivate all components of that suite. However, if you also have any other versions of the Creative Suite, such as CS3, or any individual programs from Adobe that were not part of the Creative Suite installations, you must deactivate them separately!

Hisham Attia Dec 29, 2009 10:20 PM (in response to Dov Isaacs)Thanks Dov.
I don't have any other CS suites.
But I also use Adobe Air and acrobat.com, but they should be easily downloadable and installed without a problem.
Cheers
