Title kinda says it all. Have submitted a web help request to Adobe because Sony eBook store says I have authorized our PC too many times...wife has only had the reader since Christmas!! Anyway, I've been told that Adobe has to 'reset' the Adobe ID account or something so our PC can be authorized so my wife can use her eReader. Does anyone Know how long that might take? Tech support just said I would be notified but I read stories of folks who have not had their similar problem resolved at all. Right now we have a $300 brick because of the whole DRM thing.
