Thank you for your post, and sorry for the confusion. You need to check the "allow anybody" checkbox and hit "ok" to make it stick. In this case, since the "specific users" checkbox is checked and there are no specifically named users, the "ok" button is disabled. Please uncheck the "specific users" checkbox.
We'll probably update the UI to enable the "ok" in this scenario, as it's obviously a problem. Again, sorry for the confusion.
