I have a piece of Illustrator art that I want to have printed at a service bureau. I have used alot of gradients, drop shadows, inner/outer glows, etc.
I have noticed that when I zoom in that these areas are kinda pixelated. I know there is a way to pump up the res so that these areas are smoother looking. Can someone tell me how to pump up the res on this file before I send it off for print?
Menu: Effect: Document Raster Effect Settings. Change this to 300 PPI, hopefully that should help.
Note the warning, the appearance of raster effects can be altered when you change the setting.
