You need to have the air runtime installed on the machine you want to run an air application on. In flashbuilder if you go into the project menu there is a release build option, this will create file with the extension .air, this is an install file so if its put on the machine you want to use and double click on it it will install.
Air apps and the support html can go out on the net and get the air runtime and install it for online installs, at the moment this means nothing for you as you are using the beta air runtimes so you will have to install them manually yourself. Once you are more familiar with air you should go to the adobe air website and read up on distrubution methods.
PS: I have added you to my list of who owes me a beer when I'm in that country
I followed the following steps
I went to the menu Project - Export Realease Build
Appeared a screen for me to select the design and implementation, so I selected.
In the same screen asking me to put it where I want to export the file air, I put on my desktop and I even Next.
In the next screen asks for the signature file extension p12. I created a signature file on time in order to move to the next step.
The next step says to select the files, so I selected two photos. Jpg files that are on my test project.
Aparentimente everything went well, but by the time I was running my installation file air gave the following message:
The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try Obtaining a new installer file from the application author.
I think the issues are becuase of xp you can only have full-multi touch support on windows 7 below that there is no windows api for flash to use. Maybe thats what is cuasing the error in the application.
Thanks again for your support, then I will be installing windows 7 on the machine to see if it works the multi touch
