MediaFrameworkIntegrationTest holds all of the integration tests (i.e. tests that may rely on the network to retrieve resources) for OSMF. The URL you can't reach is on one of our internal servers. We haven't made it public and adjusted the URL because, quite frankly, we didn't expect anyone other than us to try to run the integration tests. We could certainly do so (there's nothing special about that SWF), but I suspect that the integration test suite isn't what you're looking for.
If you're trying to understand how OSMF plugins work, I highly recommend looking at the AkamaiPluginSample app:
This sample allows you to load plugins, and then load resources (e.g. video URLs) for playback. Depending on whether a plugin is loaded or not, the playback behavior may vary (or not work at all, e.g. if you try to play a stream with authentication but the Akamai plugin that handles authentication is not loaded.
I was trying to reuse the MediaFrameworkIntegration since loading the dynamic plugin was failing and I found the post here
So I was checking whether the dynamic functionality is on in Sprint 8 or not.
Also I feel the swf that the MFIntergrationTest is calling should be included in the package so that if someone want to modify a test or check some functionality that will help.
