Is there any way to allow sample access in a p2p stratus based application, as can be done in FMS with the <AudioSampleAccess> directive? Other than waiting for flash player 10.1 and the NetStream.audioSampleAccess property, I mean.
I am trying to use the soundmixer.computeSpectrum() method on an incoming audio stream in a p2p, but calls always throw sandbox violation exceptions. any tip would help.
(in fact i don't really need p2p communication but computeSpectrum simply won't work on a local microphone so any workaround to computeSpectrum of a microphone input in flash would help, really.)
thanks a lot, it is a hacky solution but it works .
I really hope it will be possible in near future to analyze the input of a swf's own micro input (especially with the "compile to iPhone" feature of CS5 )
