You just have to exploit some security hole in your chosen browser. IE
has enough of them, and even a Firefox on Windows can be tricked into
(It depends on the version, and there are some other players in the
game, like IE and Windows itself. It's still not really sure who's
responsible for this vulnerability.)
Seriously - it should never be possible for a website to launch an
application on the client machine. Having the harddisk wiped out just
by clicking a link is not really what most users want.

1) You better detect which version of Windows so you know where
calc.exe is (and it is never in the root of C:)
2) Won't work on Mac or Linux.
