    too many activations issue


      I got my first sony ereader and have been trying to get it to work since 12/25.  I submitted a case with tech support case #0181357142 on 12/28.  I haven't heard back from support since 1/1/2010.  Ive been trying to resolve this issue  really since 04/16/2009 with no luck.  All I want to be able to do is use read my ebooks and use my new reader.   Tech support hasn't been helpful at all with this issue.  Any way you could help?  Thanks
