We recently wiped our hard drive to get rid of a virus and reinstalled Photoshop CS2. Now I cant open RAW files from my NIKON D50 in bridge or photoshop. I've downloaded all the Raw updates for CS2 but it hasnt made a difference.
What did you do with "all the raw updates"?
You only need one and it must be in the correct folder (which is not where you might think!)
More than one copy will almost certainly mess things up.
I don't remember what cameras were supported, but IF you were able to open your raw images before then it will be necessary for you to download and install the last version of Camera Raw that was released for Photoshop CS2. Photoshop CS2 shipped with ACR 3.0, and there were seven updates. You need to download and install ACR 3.7 in order to have all the support capability that is available to you.
