Error Code 7 when attempting silent install

      Hi there,

When I try a silent install of an application, I occasionally get this logged to my .airinstall.log and .airappinstall.log files:

      ~/.airinstall.log

Starting silent x1 install from file:///Applications/Eye-Fi/Eye-Fi%20Center.air

      UI SWF load is complete

stateRunningAppInstaller: appinstaller -runtime "/Applications/Eye-Fi/Eye-Fi Center Installer.app/Contents/Frameworks" -silent -withRuntime -url -location /Applications/Eye-Fi file:///Applications/Eye-Fi/Eye-Fi%20Center.air

App installer failed; exit code 7

      begin quitting

      ~/.airappinstall.log

Starting silent app install of file:///Applications/Eye-Fi/Eye-Fi%20Center.air

      application installer exiting

When I look at the /Applications/Eye-Fi directory, this is what I see for permissions:

      prabha-mac:OSX prabhak$ ls -ld /Applications/Eye-Fi/

      drwxr-xr-x  3 root  admin  102 Jan 13 16:10 /Applications/Eye-Fi/

      prabha-mac:OSX prabhak$

Any ideas on why this directory isn't write-able?
