In PremPro CS3, on the Source Monitor, there was a tab that allowed you to either work with video & audio, video only, or audio only. When you worked with video only you were able to select in/out pts and press either "," or "." to insert/overlay that portion of video onto the timeline. I noticed that CS4 eliminated that possibility. Is there a work around? I really used that a lot when editing. The "drag only video" or "drag only audio" in CS4 isn't close to working the way it used to be. Any suggestions? Thanks
Its a pain but the work around is in the Drop Down Monitor
menu - View Audio, Video Composite etc....
Or you can target the destination track and the new source track
indicators to send audio only, video only, or both using the
insert/overlay buttons or keyboard shortcuts.
can you tell me exactly where to find the Drop Down Monitor menu or do you
mean in the keyboard customization panels. I can't seem to find it. I did
look under the help section and couldn't find it. thanks for you help
