Sounds like you've hit a bug in Flash Catalyst, or your hard drive is corrupt (somewhat less likely, and somewhat more severe). I'd like to take a look at the FXP in question. Could you attach it to the forum?

I think I've found out the reason for that error message.
Since I'm an Korean user, I used some Korean text in my work, and also saved it in Korean.
After I rasterized all Korean text and saved it in English, it wouldn;t happen again.
Actually, I'm little bit disappointted on not supporting any other languages than English.

Flash Catalyst does support text in other languages. However, there were many bugs in this that were fixed after Beta 2 - you're probably hitting one of those.
Anyway, I'm glad you found a workaround.
