      I'm trying to re-install my Adobe software, however, after downloading the new Adobe Digital Editions and attempting to log in to my account I receive the error:  E_AUTH_FAILED http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/SignInDirect davenlora@gmail.com

       

      I've opened Case No.0181376058.  Thank you for your help.
