This confirmation dialog box appears upon installation of any AIR application. You cannot remove it. If the developer signs application with a certificate from a recognized certification authority, the installer dialog box identifies the publisher of the application.
Thanx jeff for your concern.but why this popup show me publisher name unknown with the messg
:-ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO INSATLL THIS APPLICATION TO YOUR COMPUTER
is there any solution to avoid that messg.because i m giving publisher name at time i creating certificate.
then why its showing to other users and me during installation that publisher name:unknown

You could provide any publisher name you would like when creating a self-signed certificate. You could identify yourself as "Adobe Systems Inc" or "The Coca-Cola Company." So the Adobe AIR installer cannot trust the publisher name in a self-signed certificate since it does not originate from a trusted certificate authority and it is not chained to a trusted certificate on the user's machine.
To have the installer identify the publisher of the application, sign the application with a certificate issued by a recognized certification authority (CA). Here is more information:
Digitally signing your AIR installation files with a certificate issued by a recognized certification authority (CA) provides significant assurance to your users that the application they are installing has not been accidentally or maliciously altered and identifies you as the signer (publisher). AIR displays the publisher name during installation when the AIR application has been signed with a certificate that is trusted, or which chains to a certificate that is trusted on the installation computer.
Thanx A ton jeff.
The link help us alot.need a little favour, can u tell me the procedure how to update the air application at user end.

Thnkx in advance
Here is information on updating an AIR application: Updating AIR Applications.
You may consider using the AIR update framework.
All versions of the AIR application must be signed. Usually, the same application is signed with the same certificate for each version. However, it is possible to migrate an AIR application to a new certificate. For example, a developer can migrate an AIR application from a self-signed certificate to a certifcate issued by a certificate authority. See Changing certificates.

Sorry, Vineet, but I do not know what has changed on your system to cause the error.
