    Linux - Weird thing when copy and paste of text

      Hi,

      some users of my applications reported a curious bug on linux.

      To replicate it I created a small example.

      <mx:WindowedApplication xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml" layout="absolute">

        <mx:TextArea width="100%" height="100%"/>

      </mx:WindowedApplication>

      That's all. If you write some text in the area, select all (ctrl+a) and copy (ctrl+c) you can then paste the text wherever you want (e.g. OpenOffice)

      If you quit the Adobe Air application before pasting the text somewhere, it does not work; you loose the content.

      I suspect that quitting the app empties the clipboard.

      Happens on Ubuntu 9.10 (Adobe Air 1.5.3.9120).

      This does not happen on mac/win.

      Is it a known bug?
