    flash detection html / java script help for directing to other page automatically

      hi everyone, hope you can help this designer[s] with what should be some simple code.

      we need to direct the generic script in the flash pro generated html / java script code to a page we designed to tell visitors that they need to get the flash plug-in.

      • what is the code / script do we need to replace the generic code / script to direct the user to a different page automatically [without the use of a button].

      here is the part of flash generated generic flash detection html / script i am referring too:

      } else {  // flash is too old or we can't detect the plugin

      var alternateContent = 'Alternate HTML content should be placed here.'

      + 'This content requires the Adobe Flash Player.'

      + '<a href="http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer/">Get Flash</a>';

      document.write(alternateContent);  // insert non-flash content

      // -->

      // Provide alternate content for browsers that do not support scripting

      // or for those that have scripting disabled.

        Alternate HTML content should be placed here. This content requires the Adobe Flash Player.
