In my prior company I could save a pdf on the body of the email message so when the recipient received the email the pdf was open. They could not miss your message. What steps do I need to take? What software might I need? I could use your help. Thanks
Well, not EVERY recipient. Only the ones that choose to preview attached files. Many do not. All it requires for the ones that do choose to do so would be attaching the file.
Also, they could only view page 1 of a PDF. They have to actually open it to view the rest if there are any. There really is no way to do what you want short of an HTML email and even then, no guarantees.
Thanks for your input. It sounds as though It would be possible to send a single page
PDF as the body of the message. That is what I need. How would I go about doing that?
Again, you simply attach the file to the email. Depending on the receivers preferences, it will show up or, it won't. There's nothing you can do to control that.
