    Produze
      hi,

      can anybody show me how this script should look like

      what i need is a script that goes to an other frame when gpunten is 8

      and there is a timer, but the time need to be saved if gpunten is 8, 16 or 24.
      i made it like this, but is doesnt work. someone know how to make that??

      de code:

      property scene, the_time

      if ("gpunten")=8 then goToFrame(70)
      if ("gpunten")=16 then goToFrame(100)
      if ("gpunten")=24 then goToFrame(130)
      if ("gpunten")=8 then put the_time to time1
      if ("gpunten")=16 then put the_time to time2
      if ("gpunten")=24 then put the_time to time3

      time1+time2+time3=put totalscore
      --if ("gpunten")= 8 then goToFrame(22)

      global time1
      global time2
      global time3
      global gpunten

      or does someone know how it can be done an other/simpler way to do this

          Level 7

          > if ("gpunten")=8 then goToFrame(70)
          > if ("gpunten")=16 then goToFrame(100)
          > if ("gpunten")=24 then goToFrame(130)
          > if ("gpunten")=8 then put the_time to time1
          > if ("gpunten")=16 then put the_time to time2
          > if ("gpunten")=24 then put the_time to time3

          Quotation marks "" are meant to contain literal strings,

          gpunten = 8

          if (gpunten)=8 then goToFrame(70) -- legal integer variable

          Your assignment syntax is unusual, these examples are more standard

          if (gpunten)=8 then the_time = time1

          if (gpunten)=8 then set the_time = time1

          (the_time would have to be a varible, not to bve confused with the
          system property: the time)

          -- here's how a cse statement might be used

          case of
          8: goToFrame(70)
          put the_time to time1
          16: put the_time to time2
          goToFrame(100)
          24: put the_time to time3
          goToFrame(130)
          end case

            I think something like so will do better for you:

            case gpunten of
            8:
            theTime = time1
            go 70
            16:
            theTime = time2
            go 100
            24
            theTime = time3
            go 130
            end case
