I haven't ever done it personally, but try exporting it as a movie file, possible .swf .mov .wmv and then import it into dreamweaver as you would any other video format.
You can't insert a power point file other than as a download link. Then if you do, you have to assume that the viewer has PowerPoint available to view it, or you must create the file as a self running file.
My suggestion would be to recreate the PowerPoint as html and let it run that way.
The ugly but workable way to do this is to save the PowerPoint file as html then simply post it. The downside of this is that Office products tend to create really clunky, sometimes quirky html and it might be easier to recreate the file from scratch than to clean-up the funky one.

There are no video export options from Powerpoint.
