Is there a place for sharing new custom rules?

The forum can be a good starting point for describing the rules you implemented.

Then, would you like to have them integrated into the official ruleset?

Sounds good... thanks Xavier... I have some ideas for some rules.... I'll post back if I actually get time to write some.

Another solution would be to create entries in JIRA, describing your rules, and see if anyone else has more bandwidth to implement it, or you could pick it up.

Some new rules about Cairngorm 3 and Parsley are on the pipe as well.
