If you are going to uninstall a product you need to use the Windows Uninstall in control pannel. Bridge is not a seperate product, but bundled with photoshop, so you will have to uninstall CS3.
If you try to just delete components you will end up with a mess.

John Joslin Jan 26, 2010 2:25 PM (in response to Soula-55)You need Bridge CS3 for the other CS3 applications and CS4 for Photoshop CS4.
The two will co-exist happily together in their separate folders but cannot be used simultaneously.
It is not advisable to uninstall bits and pieces. It can potentially cause problems.
