I have the identical problem but the Adobe Support refuse to assist because it is the trial version. They want me to buy the full version first and then they will try to help. We may have to go for a different software but as I'm used to Dreamweaver 4 it would be nice to stick to Dreamweaver.
I found the answer!!!
