I'm new to Flash so here's my newbie question:
How do I import a set of images (a folder containing 10 images) into the timeline so that each picture appears in a separate keyframe? When I try to do this, all image seems to appear in a single keyframe.
Or maybe this is they way to do it?
I want to make a movieclip with 10 pictures showing after each other.
Can I apply some setting to this single keyframe (that seems to be containing all images) so that they appear after one another in the movie?
Normally, if you name your images in a continuous numeric sequence (img1.jpg, img2.jpg, img3.jpg, etc...), when you go to import the first one of them to the stage you will be presented with "This file appears to be part of a sequence of images. Do you want to import all of the images in the sequence?"
If you select Yes, then they will be planted into the timeline into a sequence of frames in the numbered order.
If the images are not named in this manner, then it is not likely to ask. So you either need to rename them or import them into the library and plant them on frames individually.
