Assuming that mService is your service instance. you can just assign the URL to its endpoint property before making the first service call, like this:
mService.endpoint = "http://....

You suggested that I assign a new url to my instanciated services before first use. That would be possible, but it seems that this is not so comfortable and practicable especially if you have a development team where every developer is using his own developement environment
Does anybody knows if there is any feature of property files which can used. Similar as usage of locales with resource manage

Well as long as its possible, use relative URLs, if your URLs are in the same domain as the swf is being launched from, then Export Release option will be useful.
If the URL domain is different than the swf, and if you want to switch URLs without changing code, this does not exist, you will have to use your own config or change the code and deploy it.
