    1 user unable to access adobe.


      I have 4 users on the desktop. 3 have no problems accessing adobe 9.3, 1  user can't - error message states "Internal error has occured". I assume there has been a file deleted from this user or a program that is not active for just this user. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe and I have tried different versions - all with the same results. Any ideas on which file this user may be missing? I have been trying to compare them but have not found a difference
