Creating Graphics for hardware-scaled view and/or Full Screen View

    jjx Level 1

I have created bitmap - video controls - graphics in photoshop...they look great at thier normal 72 DPI size

but what is the process of creating graphics that will look "perfect / high rez" at full screen?

does  hardware-scaled vmean I dont need to create a "bigger" version of the graphics?

do designers do video controls in vector? thereby making them scalable?

just trying to figure out how its done....
