Education Store / Proof of Academic IDIf

If you are purchasing from the Adobe Education Store, do NOT fax your Proof of Academic Identification Form to 415-626-2975.  Although the number is on their website, 2 customer service reps told me that they no longer have a fax machine.  They want you to go through a customer service rep over the phone.  They must be paid by commission.  My rep tried to overcharge me by $50.00.  I am still paying more than if I was able to purchase right off the website.  It is poor business.
