We're working with both the Flash Authoring and Flex teams to provide a good workflow for Flash developers. Those plans haven't been finalized yet, so it would premature for me to talk about them right now. We are open to you suggestions...
It would be nice to have control of this like the current filters in flash. If we can load them and manipulate them via AS, wich will allow for some insane effects. :)
When were finished writing the filters, we could save them like classes? Not sure.
You will be able to load and animate the hydra filters via actionscript similar to the way you use filters now. What is the point of giving you insanely performing filters in Flash if you can't animate them? :)
it would be nice to write hydra filters in flash. see vvvv for their implementation of real-time shader programming ( http://vvvv.org/tiki-index.php?page=propaganda), you can enter editing mode with just one mouse click.... thats fast....
