Hi. I want to order the self-paced courses (Adobe Master Online Training Library). When I was talking to the rep on the phone he couldn't answer some questions that I had and suggested that I turn to the forums for help. So if anyone could answer these questions I would be grateful.
What I want to know is why do the various Adobe support teams keep sending
people here for these kinds of questions? Are they not adequately staffed?
I know we are all here to help, but these are clearly support questions
that I'm seeing over and over that should be answered by Adobe support

Yes. This is what my sister said too. One would think
they would know the answer, but they don't seem to.
