      Hi all,
I started using an ebook with Adobe Digital Edition (ADE). Everything worked fine.
I didn’t create any Adobe ID, because during the installation ADE didn’t asked me.
Today, I opened ADE, and it asked me to upgrade to the new version. I upgraded it and it asked me to secure my
ebook, create an Adobe ID in order to read my ebook on different computers.
But, once completed the upgraded, a message like this appeared:
I tried several times to uninstall and reinstall ADE, but I couldn’t have access to my ebook.
What do you think I should do?
I tried to submit to the Adobe support, but no one answered me.
I searched for a solution on the web, but I didn’t find anything...
I only found this Adobe support page, related to my problem:
as you can read at the end, they say:
"If you purchased eBooks with Acrobat7 or Digital Editions 1.0and updating to Digital Editions 1.5 or later does not successfully migrate the content, then you can contact the publisher to explain the situation. The publisher may allow you to download a new copy of the eBook."
      Please, can you help me?
      Thank you very much!
