Have you tried using a different FTP application?
Yes, I used the program on network solutions and it did not work so I
downloaded Filezilla and tried it and it shows an error message. My
email works so I am able to send out.

Then this is not a Dreamweaver problem. Contact your host or check your control panel settings for the correct ftp account. Your FTP account and email account are completely different.
I contacted network solutions twice today and went over the FTP
hostname, username, and password which by the way have not changed since
I opened the account. They verified that the information is correct.
Then I entered the same info in filezilla and when I hit connect, it
shows that the connection is successful. Then when I click the file to
upload, the system shows failure. BTW, I do appreciate you taking time
to help me with this.
I will attach two screen captures, one showing the results when I
connect on filezilla and the other when I try to upload a file.
Did you verify with NetSol that you are attempting to upload yo the proper server folder?
Good. Also check your firewall settings.
