To be more specific, Sprint 9 broke the seekTo feature.
When I click on the bar to perform a seekTo, I get a
2-3 second delay before the scrubber button will
jump to the correct position on the bar.
My progressbar was working fine with Sprint 8, I haven't changed
any code except for the Sprint 9 refactoring.
I'm using TimeEvent.CURRENT_TIME_CHANGE as my trigger
to position the scrubber button.
Anyone else seeing this problem?
I think you might be running into this bug:
You can verify by checking the difference between the seekTo time and the nearest subsequent keyframe -- if the difference is roughly the same as your wait time, then it's the same bug.
The bug was introduced as a result of a fix to another bug (obviously not an ideal fix), but we have a fix in mind that will hopefully address both cases.
This looks like it might be the same issue as bug FM-258.
The only problem I have is that in Sprint 8,
I wasn't really seeing the time delay issue
with my limited set of tests, it only showed up for me in Sprint 9.
Anyway, glad to know you guys are aware of the issue.
