Hello Adobe world,
I am making some (SIMPLE) vector art that (job requirements) has to be pulled into MS Word 2007.
I have been exporting to PNG (300 dpi; w/ transparency). 90% of the time it works great but randomly when printed, there is a THIN (like 1 or 2 pt thin) line that does not get printed. It is a vertical line that goes the distance through the graphic.
Here is an interesting part, one editor gets this error, but another editor does not. This situation has happened once before, but it was the original editor that was having the problem.
Please help! and Thanks in advance!
How interesting is this.
I just threw a new version of the graphic into a blank MS Word doc. Did not apply any positioning formating to it so it was left aligned.
The book version (with the error) is centered.
The error came up again, a hairline gap of no printing. BUT it is on a different part of the graphic.
They are both the same distance from the edge of the paper (a shade under 3.5 inches from the left side of the paper).
Ok, I *think* the problem was transparency was ON. Hope this fixes it.
