    Definition of Window not found

      Whenever I try to create a new MXML file that has <mx:Application> has the base element, Flex complains that:

      Design mode: Definition of Window not found. Choose Design > Refresh if this component was recently created.

      I am trying to define a new window for my application—I can, of course, do the layout while using a different base element, and everything compiles and works just fine once I launch the app.

      Any ideas on how I can fix this? I've tried Googling for the error, and looking through the forums, but I haven't been able to find anything that seems to approach the same issue.

      This is the code I have (just as an example):

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
      <mx:Window xmlns:mx=" http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml" width="400" height="300">
      <mx:Label text="Test 1 2 3" />
