    Move to>Recent Folders

    Chrsitian Community Member

When I right click on an image and choose Move to>Recent Folders, the folder menu does not refresh itself to reflect folders I have recently used.  The listing of folders is an old one and does not change, no matter what I do.

Is there a way to delete/refresh that menu to reflect current usage?

      Many thanks!

That is odd.  Not an expert on this issue, but I suspect that this function is dictated by windows OS.  Open Win. Explorer and look at the options for viewing the last folder visited.

But the right click menu does include the last half dozen or so folders recently visited.

If it doesn't, reset your Bridge Preferences by keeping the Ctrl key held down as you start Bridge. OK all three choices.

Thanks Curt and John for your prompt reply - I think what is happening is that Bridge does not 'reset' itself till it has been restarted.

Under 'Choose Folder' it does return to the previously used one, I guess I will just have to get used to that worksflow.

              Again, many thanks!

Still having the same problem.  In general, I find Bridge to be very slow in updating itself/refreshing.  When I save images from Photoshop to a folder with which I am working, they often don't show up, and don't even show when I conduct a search for them.

In contrast, Picasa immediately updates itself.
