PE 8 - MOV  H.264  MPEG-4 audio out of sync!

I have Premiere Elements 8 that I am running on Windows 7.  The program is awesome, I love it, and works very well.  I have been taking video clips with a Cannon SD750 (AVI) and a Kodak Zi8 (MOV), both at 30 frames per second.  Both formats import in to PE 8 with no problems and I can easily edit everything the way I want to.  My problem is in the output.  When I output a WMA, AVI or regular MPEG file, the video and audio are beautiful.  When I output MOV or MPEG-4, which is required for the JW Player on my website, the audio falls out of sync at various times.  The longer the MOV/MPEG-4 video, the worse the sound is off by the end of the clip.

I have tried several different ways to remedy this - adding a low level white noise soundtrack, changing audio bitrate settings, changing video frame settings, adjusting other settings, and I get the same result.

Anybody have any ideas about this?

      Thanks,
