Its not happening with only one exception.
I only get exceptions in IE.
Neither of them is showing on the other browsers.
The other night a project I'm working on, almost drived me crazy since it was not working properly, but it didnt throw an exception either for the null object.
All of that in Firefox,
When I switched in IE it threw the exception and I managed to fix the error.

This could be due to the Flash-player Active-X controls.
I found that best way to debug is to use the flash debugger version, so when testing instead of an "exception box" popup, you have true debugger tool to work with.
My experience is that debugging and resolving all issues using the flash-player debug versions. There are debug version for each Browser.
I mostly use the IE version.
