I often visit LInda for video tutorials for Fireworks, DW etc and have noticed that the file sizes are small yet good in quality (thanks Jim).
I create video tutorials for both my website and hosting on Youtube but have found a real quality compromise in trying to find a balance between file size and quality (resolution).
What compression codecs/software are you using to achieve high quality rendering with low file sizes?
The challenge with YouTube is that, no matter how high the quality of the video you post to it, YouTube chews it up, re-encodes it and spits it out at often a ragged quality. So, if you choose to post to YouTube (as opposed to a site like Vimeo), you're always going to see compromised quality.
That said, the FAQs to the right of this forum show you how to get the best possible quality.
