But, since you post ZERO computer information, that is only a guess
I agree that this looks like a video driver issue. PrPro works much more closely with the video driver, than most playback-only programs.
That is the very first thing that I would address, and from the video card/chip's mfgr. Web site.

I'm only using a Nvidia 9600GT, just updated to the newest driver 196.21 WHQL, released on 2010-01-19.
but didn't solve the problem.
Is there anything else to setup or configure??
