Upload the Scripts folder which DW created for you when you inserted the Flash.
Upload it to a Scripts folder on your server, not here. The html page is deopendent on that file for displaying the Flash file.
What Ned said.
"Upload to your server the Scripts folder which DW created for you when you inserted the Flash."
PS: upload the entire folder to your server, not just the .js files. The code which loads the Flash is looking for the .js files inside a folder named Scripts. Doesn't currently exist hence no Flash appears on your webpage.
the files were already on my server, but i deleted them and uploaded the hole file to make sure. Still doesn't work. When
I generate out of flash the swf with a html document then it works, but if I only generate the swf and try to link it with a dreamweaver document
then it doesn't work. Do I need to adapt any parameters manually?
I'm not that familiar with Flash files BUT yours is wrapped in a <noscript></noscript> tag which generally means 'hide' the content from the page. Is that what you are trying to do? If not then remove the <noscript></noscript> from the code below:
<noscript><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,65,0" width="640" height="480" id="pix" align="middle">
<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain" />
<param name="allowFullScreen" value="false" />
<param name="movie" value="pix.swf" /><param name="quality" value="high" /><param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" /> <embed src="pix.swf" quality="high" bgcolor="#ffffff" width="640" height="480" name="pix" align="middle" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" allowFullScreen="false" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" />
thankx it works!
